Back by popular demand for 2012, we are offering several 1-Day Friendy events.
1-Day tourneys are games only, no tourney format, no berths; however, teams will receive USSSA points and placings.
Many of our tournaments are National Invitational Tournaments (NIT)
and those offer 4 berths per age division/classification and DOUBLE Points to all teams.
USSSA Double Points Weekend so teams will recieve 6X Points that weekend.
All Teams must be registered with USSSA to participate in the USSSA events.
1st-4th Place Teams Advance to World Series on NIT weekends
Two Day Tournaments are 4 Game Format
Individual awards for 1st Place and 2nd Place
State Tournaments will be 3 Game Format.
One Day Tournaments – 3 scheduled games
No Tournament format and no awards. Teams will receive Placings and Points, but no Berths.
Tournament schedules will be finalized Tuesday prior to the tournament and posted on this website by Wednesday noon.
Teams must be sanctioned with USSSA. Tourney fees include gate fees.
PAYMENT AND ENTRY POLICY
Our standard deadline for is 8 pm on Monday, the week of the tournament.
Entry Fees are Due and must be received before we will draft your team into the schedule.
Any late sign ups or payments will be assessed a $25 LATE FEE.

We have refined our payment process for the 2011 season. We are going to request that teams be paid prior to the tournament being drawn. We will still accept your entry into tournaments, and will consider your spot being reserved, but will not be able to schedule your team into the tournament without your team being paid. Teams may pay by check, however it will need to be received prior to the schedule being drawn.
We ask teams to submit one check per team per tournament. We will accept online payments via the USSSA.com credit card system. Please note there will be a $50 charge for bad checks.
REFUND POLICY
Drop from the Tournament 7 days before the schedule is posted – Full Refund
Drop 6 days before tourney or up until the schedule is posted – Half refunded
Drop after schedule is posted – No refund
Sometimes, mother nature forces to call off a tournament before its’ completion.
If that happens, here is our policy for refunds:
1 Game played; 50% refunded
2 Games played; no refund
Tourney started and fixed costs incurred, but no games played; minus a fair prorated portion of the gate fee.
Tournament cancelled before the start date; 100% refund.
As we have done in the past, we will try to refund more than stated if circumstances allow.
Refunds may take up to two weeks or may be applied to another tournament.
